For guests staying in our rooms, breakfast is included in the nightly fee. Guests staying in the apartments can enjoy the breakfast buffet for a small extra charge.

Pets
We inform our guests that pets are allowed in our apartments, but they are not allowed in the rooms of the guesthouse. We thank you for your understanding.

Arrivals and departures
The room/the apartment is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
You are kindly requested to check-out prior to 10am.
Check-in from 2pm to 6pm
Check-out from 7am to 10am
If your arrival is likely to be later than 6pm, please get in touch with us.

Payment
We accept cash payments up to €2,999.99, bank transfers and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). We do not accept American Express.

Cancellation fees
In the event of a cancellation the following fees apply:
- In case of cancellation within two months before your arrival, 30% of the total amount will be retained.
- In case of cancellation within a month before your arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before your arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the booking will be charged.

Travel insurance
We recommend you to purchase a travel insurance with the European travel insurance in order to avoid any costs in the event of cancellation.

Smoking
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout Pensione Pichler and in our apartments.
